Who said this?? It sounds like a lobby group on Capital Hill or an opposition party in Ottawa criticizing the government policies on bailouts and free cash for all. But it wasn't any modern problem or modern figurehead... it was Cicero in 55 BC. 
Folks, we are not the first nation in the history of the world to encounter the repercussions of our misadventures and mismanagement of prosperity. I doubt we will be the last... there has never been a more exciting or lucrative time to become an independent consultant in this chaos of business around the globe.
